「間房都算幾乾淨，而且面積都算大，而且咖啡茶包水都充足，酒店員工有禮貌，地點唔算話好方便，而且同停車場距離都唔算好近，但係如果價錢係100磅左右嘅話都算合理」

「house keeping came late and does the job in a hurry way. The floor is not clean at all. The location is not that convenient. Overall, Not recommended.」

「Clean and convenient 」

「Lovely hotel and rooms, beautiful building and nicely located. Rooms were large and my room had a small kitchenette. There is a beautiful restaurant which was where they used to take he old trains, breakfast is also available here too. There is also a lovely staircase with stained glass. Jessica helped me upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. Tamara the manager introduced herself and also checked the next morning how my stay was. Thank you」

「Room Room was tidy and good; well equipped except there is no hair dryer. Even we requested for hairdryer a couple of times, it never appeared throughout our 4-days stay. No bottled water in room. Booking before I booked a room for 2, asked for twin bed at time of booking as I was travelling with my parent. The hotel replied with 2 upgrade options, both available only at nearly doubled price. In another word, a studio does not have 2 beds. 」

「The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation. The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?! Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap...

「Overall is OK! 」

「Centennial was a wonderful stop for a solo traveler. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and service was great. The rooms and spaces were clean and well furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a wonderful stay and close to the Cambridge station. It’s about a mile walk to the city center, which isn’t as far as it sounds. Two things to note: there is no elevator, but the staff will take your bags upstairs if you need the help. If you are someone who is...
