"On our arrival at the hotel Expedia hadn’t let the hotel know that we needed an accessible room. The front line staff were very apologetic so as an apology the hotel kindly upgraded our stay to an even better room.
Such a beautiful hotel. As a wheelchair user accessibility is of course of the utmost importance. From checking in to the hotel and leaving, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was easy for me, and I would definitely recommend a stay here at The Clayton, Cambridge. We loved it."
