"Pros:
Excellent location – Perfect if you want to avoid driving into Cambridge city centre.
Helpful housekeeping staff – The cleaning staff were friendly, polite and very helpful throughout our stay.
Comfortable stay – The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us.
Cons:
Poor mobile and Wi-Fi signal – There was no mobile signal inside the room and the Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak. We reported the issue to the front desk and although they rebooted the router, it did not resolve the problem.
Disappointing breakfast – Our first day's breakfast experience was very poor. Breakfast is served until 9:30 a.m., and we arrived at 8:00 a.m., but most of the food had already run out. When we asked the staff, we received no assistance or explanation. In the end, we had to make do with bread and butter."
