It was a good accommodation by the motorway. The room was clean and ready for our family with all the beds prepared, but the bathroom could use some redecoration. The staff were friendly. I would stay again if I were passing through.

Nice place, plenty of eating options around albeit as its on a service area, the prices are a bit high. No charge for parking which is logical being a motorway service station.

The room was spacious and clean. However the drain in the shower is semi block because the water was unable drain away quickly so it has overflow to the bathroom floor. We are staying there for one night. It's not a problem for us. Also there were 3 sorry mugs in the window. The mattress was comfortable and it is not expensive so we are satisfied with it.

Check in staff lovely. Hotel fine. Pillows awful, no shower gel, one towel for 2 people. Breakfast looked dehydrated, cheese was stale, flies flying around the food, everything just looked a little bit depressed. Paid just under £100, really disappointed.

Good price so cannot expect much

The hotel was priced very well and so I couldn’t expect great service. The WiFi was very stable and it was usable. The bathroom was old and you can tell which areas have been painted over. The bed was clean and comfortable.

For a stopover hotel convenient to the A14 this was perfect. Very helpful staff easy check in and check out. Good range of food options at Ramada and at next doors food outlets. Excellent value.
