“On arrival we needed the bed cover changed due to it being marked. This was done very promptly. We did not realise that we had to change our own linen during our almost three week stay, however the linen packs were delivered when we asked each week. The staff were good providing anything we asked for.”

“Room was very clean. Receptionist was helpful. Location was quiet and also close shopping centre. Foxtel was a plus. Glad I could watch IPL. ”

“The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it”

“The house was perfect for our needs. The location was spot on for shops and sports requirements. The area was quiet as well.”

“Die accomodation an sich war perfekt. Wunderschön gelegen, tolles Ambiente, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Was gar nicht geht ist die Kommunikation über die dazwischengeschalteten Portale (Expedia -> stays -> FeWo und wie sie alle heissen); Völlig verwirrend, Kommunikationslinks funktionieren nicht. Direkte Kontaktaufnahme wird künstlich erschwert. Mit ein wenig Recherche gehts dann doch. In komme sicher wieder, aber dann wird direkt beim Gastgeber gebucht!”

“Beautiful property. Host was very responsive. Only issue was check in code was provided an hour after check in time which left us waiting and supplies weren’t adequate for 8 guests so we had to request more. Overall, great stay. ”
