The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful with directions to our cabin. The cabin was clean and spacious, with a great view of the water. It had everything we needed for our stay, including cookware, dishes and extra sheets and blankets for the pullout sofa bed.

The only thing I didn’t like was there is no clear path to the beach. Nothing was marked and I didn’t want to walk through someone’s rental. The place was immaculate, stunning views. Definitely going back.

Best hotel experience I've ever had. My wife and i had never been here before and assumed we were just in one of the rooms at the top of the hill. Definitely not expecting a full cabin! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful with telling us good areas to see eagles, seals, and just other things to check out. We loved it so much we re booked for our anniversary in June and we are super excited to come back! I whole heartedly recommend this place!

I stayed in a lovely little cottage (#26) and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The grounds are so peaceful, and they have a pretty little beach. The cottage was small, but I never felt cramped because there are windows on all sides, which makes it feel expansive and filled with light and fresh air. There are parking spaces outside each unit. The kitchen was small, but adequate for my needs. They had everything in the kitchen to make meals, although the refrigerator is one of those under-counter units, so it's not very big. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good, everything was clean and neat and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

We love colonial gables, the view, cabins, location everything is wonderful. Only thing would be to maybe replace and add some items in the kitchen. The cutting board and frying pan really should be tossed and replaced. There weren't any pot holders/oven miss for when using the oven. We've been many times in the past and this was the first time we found the kitchen poorly stocked with basic items. No dish pods for the dishwasher, no baking sheets, paper towels, etc. There is a note in the cabin saying if you need something to call the front desk. I feel these are basic items that should've need to be called for and we don't like to call, so I guess that's on us. I ended up buying disposable baking sheets, a new frying pan and dish pods for the dishwasher as well as paper towels. Cutlery was limited too with only two very dull knives.
