The lower level of the home has a second master bedroom and two more large guest bedrooms. We require a signed contract between the renter and the owner and that contract supersedes any agreement or advertising claim made on this website.

VRBO website states the cancellation policy to be more restrictive than the contract: The true policy stated in the contract is that owner will always refund you 100% if you cancel within 5 days of booking, and after this we will refund you as stated in the VRBO policy and in addition for those dates that are subsequently rebooked by another guest. This is the case even during the high season where the VRBO site says no refunds for cancellations.
