The Space:

Step inside your beautifully appointed home located on the 12th fairway, and be greeted by an open-concept main living space, where a cozy couch and a fireplace create the perfect setting to unwind after a day outdoors. Adjacent is a sleek, stylish kitchen featuring stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers—ideal for mornings that begin at your own pace. The expansive counter seating for six makes casual meals a breeze, while a formal dining table for six invites you to sit down and share stories over dinner. Just beyond the main floor, a covered balcony with comfortable seating overlooks the lush greens of the golf course—a picture-perfect spot for your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and deck access.



Bedroom #4 includes 3 queen size beds.



This home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, both with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Garage and driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras, (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the main entrance area, (2) located on the garage and actively monitoring the driveway and street.

• This home does have an security system that will not be armed during guest visits.
