The property was just as expected. Pictures are accurate. Pool was nice, waterfront property. One thing is that there was no recycling there. We do try to recycle and the property did not offer. Otherwise our stay was good

My daughter and I loved this place. Great 1st floor condo to walk right out on patio or go sit out on the bench. Very nice, well maintained secure condo neighborhood.

Although I was surprised that there was no easy access to my ground level unit I managed to cart my things down the three sets of stairs! my unit was comfortable and the bed had extra cushioning on the bed was really appreciated by my old bones. I loved sitting on the patio when it rained. The kitchen and master bath were just a touch grubby but not disturbingly so, more like home.

Didn’t get info on what needed to be done for checkout until we had already left. I would recommend giving this info sooner. We did have some cleaning issues. This place was otherwise great! Loved the location and easy access to the pool! People were very friendly! We had a wonderful time!!

Just needs some love and it could be a great spot

From what we can tell, this is a newer rental listing so there are just a few things that need to be done. One is a major deep clean. Tops of doorways, kitchen floor, bathtubs (constant drip is likely leading to the mildew). Replacing master blinds, they have lived their life. The patio needed to be cleaned, it was very buggy and not much of a place to sit. Just a little love and it would be great. It so was stocked really well. Also, being on the first floor, you do have to walk down 3 flights of stairs because the parking lot is at the 3rd floor. We did know this when booking because we’ve stayed at the complex before but I’m not sure it’s very obvious.
