"The hotel service staff are very welcoming and make people feel comfortable. But the facilities are too old, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is very loud, which is unbearable! The breakfast was very basic, the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had."

"This was very disappointing, yes the lake was there and a view but the cottage and property was badly neglected. Nobody was there at check in and share hen someone finally showed up they didn't speak English. They pointed to fill out a form, I asked a question and they looked blank and spoke in Chinese ..."
