Towels provided were clean but a bit old and worn, and you will need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper as only one is provided. Great value for your money, place is clean and sufficient for a family stay. It is not luxury stay but is clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location and price."

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was decent enough. The location was too bad either. Walkable to Burnham park and even the SM mall, if you're a walking person. A bit challenging to get a taxi as it's very popular in Baguio. The room was okay. Clean but very poorly maintained. A lot of things needing upgrading. The shower couldn't even drain properly. Some of the clean towels had stains on them. Overall, just lucky we had a place to stay. Ion hotel used to be holiday inn. Would recommend if you were on a budget."
