“The location was perfect, close to the lake and trails. The home was beautiful. Backyard fenced but had tons of poop. The kitchen had enough plates and silverware for the 3 of us but we had to go buy trash bags, tissue and paper towels for our four night stay. BBQ not set up for use.The cleaners apparently decided not to fully dry the bathroom towels and still hung them and folded them for us to use. Some damp but the majority were full on wet, they would have felt they were wet and chose to……

“The room was lovely -spacious, clean, nice decor, comfortable beds. The host was responsive and helpful. The location is quiet, nestled in a beautiful mountain setting in the Sierras. The lady who works at the General Store was very helpful in letting is use her phone when we learned Verizon does not have service up there. The lodge, which is a separate building from the rooms and is closed, is a marvelous piece of mountain architecture that offers beautiful grounds and a Frederick Remington……

“The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families. Thank you for great communication and a nice quick trip.”

“This was the worst property that I stayed at in Three Rivers. I was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. The owner acknowledged that the property was not clean. But then also had a reason for everything every pic I sent of things not properly being cleaned. In the end cleanliness was 100% my issue compared to what I paid. I should not have to leave the property so you can clean it when you CHARGE a cleaning fee. I would never stay here again and would never……

“Place could be nice. Shower was unsanitary and low water pressure. Pictures on site were deseptive. Outside had junk and parked school busses with junk. Yard not been mowed in a long time. Pond was not safe and messy.Rooms ok. Host very nice.”

“The house is beautiful and quiet. The grounds are quite picturesque. Skillets in kitchen need to be replaced and plan on bringing all of your own seasonings and oils if you will be cooking. The beds are comfortable and rooms get dark- matresses are creaky. Lots of towels and a few extra cozy blankets are provided. We had a relaxing time!”
