「Staff was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. Newer facility and it was kept very clean, including the pool and hot tub. Staff working the breakfast buffet was also great. Hot tub was exactly what the doc prescribed afyer a long day on Mt Bachelor. Please keep it up. 」

「We arrived and were told the room we reserved were NOT available. Finally got a 'replacement' room. Went to go look and we found out the pictures posted are a complete lie. Theres absolutely no internet connection in the room, which means no TV usage available. The hotel was terrifying with brokenness, mold and dirtiness. I also had to put down a deposit. The staff were nice (why its a 2 star and not a 1).」

「Room was clean. On site staff was pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had was trying to call the Inn directly. Like so many hotels now it's difficult to get someone on the phone at an actual hotel. I called twice and regarding a late check in and to verify a reservation since I had not received a confirmation email. Both times I was quickly transferred to "someone" else. One was a voicemail several states away and the other was AI that was useless. Overall good affordable stay for a quick night...
