“Centrally located near shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Lovely renovated historic carriage house. The old cobblestone floors are a very nice touch..”

“Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed.”

“Overall we really enjoyed our stay and how helpful the owner was when having trouble checking in. However, the cleaning could be a lot better. The trash bins outside were completely filled up to the top and therefore flies were around the trash bins which are located right by the front door the whole stay. The floors inside the place were really dusty which made it a little uncomfortable to walk on. Lastly, it would have been nice to have more fans supplied in each room. The third floor was hot……

“When looking for a place to stay in DC, look no further. This is a clean, 3 story, 3br townhouse, with each having their own en-suite, there is also a powder room off the kitchen area. Don’t forget a pull out couch as well.There is plenty of space to unwind after a long day visiting the museums. All the amenities you need to be comfortable. There is along a one car garage for a car or small SUV, or park in front of the house. No need to drive anywhere, as you are only a 5 minute walk to the……

“Nice house for a large group. Convenient location to DC and the Capitol Mall. Nice updates to the house. Had a little delay with check-in but was hopefully an isolated thing.”
