「Great time」

「It was fairly clean except for mold around tubs and large stain in back bedroom carpet. Towel rack broken and missing in back bathroom. Neighborhood is deteriorating a lot of trash on street. Overall nice experience but would most likely not come back. The 10 am check out is pretty early especially when you can't check in until 4. Overall good stay」

Seven Eleven was right around the corner for convenience of picking up essentials. We drove to Whole Foods for groceries. But we also had Uber to the same area to do some shopping and eating out. 「We stayed at this property over spring break and it was perfect for our family of 5. We all had enough room to spread out and liked that there was a common sitting area for us to be together after a long day of walking around the city. Location is perfect - super close to the capitol and within walking distance to all major attractions (White House, monuments and museums on the mall, Ford’s Theater, etc.) and close to a metro stop as well. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here...

「Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer. Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay.」
