Unique Experience

Isabella is a wonderful host and her on-site caretaker was extremely helpful. The house and property are huge but unfortunately all the pictures on VRBO were taken over 20 years ago. The kitchen is not a working kitchen and many repairs need to be done. However, the area is restful and there are wonderful restaurants nearby.

Séjour très agréable

Superbe propriété digne de grands films italiens où le temps semble s'être arrêté... Les extérieurs et la piscine sont magnifiques. Isabella est une hôte charmante, très à l'écoute et réactive. Petit bémol, la cuisine professionnelle mériterait un rafraichissement et un nouveau lave vaisselle. L'eau bien que potable n'est pas possible à boire, tellement elle est ferrugineuse et particulièrement calcareuse ce qui laisse un dépôt blanc sur la vaisselle... La propriété a le double avantage de se trouver en pleine campagne mais également proche du lac Bracciano, de Rome et de villages typiques. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et remercions Isabella et Tanvir pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité.

I have enjoyed my stay in this villa, I was with my family and we spent very nice time there, Isabella (the owner) she is so kind and welcoming person, the house is very clean and there is swimming pool and garden yard and you can enjoy the weather outside, also you can make barbecue outside I really would like to come again

Großes Anwesen mit sehr schöner Swimmingpool-Anlage

Ein sehr schönes und großes Haus mit Terrasse und einem großen Garten einschließlich Grillplatz sowie einer wunderschönen Swimmingpool-Anlage, die sicherlich außergewöhnlich ist. Wer schwimmen, sonnen und entspannen möchte, findet hier genau das Richtige. Allerdings gibt es vor allem in der Küche des Hauses (Schränke und Spülmaschine) und den sanitären Anlagen im Haus und ebenso den Zimmern unten am Pool Einschränkungen des ansonsten guten Standards. Diese Räume entsprechen nicht an jeder Stelle dem angekündigten hohen Niveau und sind zu Teilen renovierungsbedürftig. In den Räumen im Haus, vor allem den Schlafräumen, sollte mehr Stauraum für die Koffer und Kleidung der Gäste zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das Anwesen liegt relativ weit vom nächsten Ort entfernt und ist aufgrund der starken Steigungen nur für geübte Radfahrer zu erreichen, mit dem Auto gibt es keine Probleme. Gute Anbindung an Rom per Bahn ab Cesano (ca. 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt). Wir haben uns trotz der geschilderten Einschränkungen sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Großzügigkeit der Gesamtanlage, insbesondere der Bereich des Swimmingpools, überzeugt.
