「ジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。部屋はとてもおしゃれで広く、清掃も行き届いていて清潔で、快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食会場の雰囲気も良く、毎朝気持ちよく食事を楽しめました。 到着が夜になりましたが、事前にホテルへの入り方などの案内を送っていただき、その説明もとても分かりやすかったので安心してチェックインできました。 フロントのカタリーナさんには、地元のきれいな海岸や灯台など、おすすめの観光スポットをとても親身になって教えていただきました。おかげでアルクディアでの滞在をより楽しむことができました。他のスタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、ホテル全体に温かいホスピタリティを感じました。 アルクディアを訪れる際には、ぜひまた宿泊したいホテルです。」

「Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, zu Fuss ist man in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Es hat sehr viele Bars, Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel selbst hat keinen Parkplatz, man kann das Auto problemlos in der Strasse oder einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ein paar Meter entfernt abstellen. Im Hotel selbst hatten wir kein Essen, der Speisesaal verbreitet Kantinenflair. Die Wohnblocks sind extrem schlecht isoliert, man hört jedes Geräusch vom Gang, den Zimmern nebenan oder oben drüber....

「Good hotel in a great location. Minutes from a lovely sandy beach. Turquoise sea. The apartment was very good. Everything you need. We had a corner location with a wrap around balcony giving both a sea and a lake view. Evening buffet was varied and tasty. Staff were very helpful. We can't wait to go back.」

「Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in diesem Hotel, das Essen war sehr gut und es gab eine riesen Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein minus Punkt ist tatsächlich, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in Höhe der Bar, in der auch jeden Tag Programm für die Gäste stattfindet. Wir sind eher keine Gäste die abends noch Programm wünschen, daher für uns eher laut und unangenehm. Aber alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.」

The room was comfortable, with an especially comfortable bed, and the housekeeping was impressively quick and efficient.
