The town of Campanet only 1.5 km, where they can find shops, restaurants and everything you need, or large supermarkets in Sa Pobla just 10 minutes by car.



The beaches of the Bay of Pollensa and Alcudia just a 15 minute driving.

Countryside villa

Absolutely loved the location out in the country, where we woke up to farm animal sounds instead of traffic. Enjoyed having coffee on the sunny patio and lounging by the pool. We felt safe and secure with the big gate!If you are a cyclist be aware there is a 1/4 mile gravel road to get to the pavement, not that it is a huge problem. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La location est dans un cadre magnifique, très fonctionnelle. Il n'y avait pas d'information pour récupérer les clefs ni pour les restituer ou alors nous sommes passé à côté. Juste un soucis d'odeur dans la salle de bains. Pour trouver la maison il faut penser à prendre les coordonnées GPS qui sont envoyés par mail. Je recommande ++++ cette location magnifique

Gute Finca, schöne Lage

Die Finca selbst ist gut für eine 4-köpfige Familie/gruppe dimensioniert, Wohnküche, 2 Schlafzimmer und Toilette sind nicht zu eng. Die Räume profitieren von der hohen Decke. Die Küche ist ausreichend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Der pool ist groß und beleuchtet, was schön ist, wenn man den Abend im pool abklingen will. Unsere Kinder planchten drinn bis spät abend. Zum Parken gibt es viele Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück, allerdings wachsen die durch nicht unbedingt vernünftig geplante Bepflanzung zu. Die Lage ist ruhig, abgesehen von belenden Hunden, blehenden Schafen und schreinden Hänen. Wir haben zum Schlafen die Fenster zugemacht und Klimaanlagen eingeschaltet, die es in jedem Zimmer gibt. Der nächstgelegene Ort Campanet ist lediglich 2 km enfernt und bietet einige Restaurants. Ich empfehle mindestens 1 mal den Besuch von Campanet zu fuß zu unternehmen. Der Spaziergang löhnt sich wirklich. Negativ ist uns der, vor allem in dem Bad, starke Gestank der Kanalisation aufgefallen. Dem wurde, anscheinend versucht durch übertriebenen Einsatz von Duftspender herrzuwerden. In jedem Zimmer gab es mehrere davon und sogar in jeder Schublade. Für uns war der starke Parfümgeruch unerträglich. Wir haben alle Duftspender aus der Finca entfernt und haben alle Ausgüße in den Becken verschloßen gehalten, die Tür zum Bad immer verschloßen und Badfenster immer auf. Auch hätte man mehr Mülltüten Spülltabs und Spülmittel vorhalten können. Es waren lediglich 2 Tabs 2 Mülltüten und ganz wenig Spüllmitter vorhanden. So viel kosten die Sachen auch nicht. So mußten wir Spüli nachkaufen für paar mal Geschirrwaschen.

Peaceful hideaway

A beautiful setting and a very clean and comfortable house. We enjoyed the isolation and peace, but not the many local dogs barking during the night! The pool looks lovely and was warm and safe, but the filtration system isn't very effective so it meant there was always debris floating as well as on the bottom. We were disappointed that for an expensive property, there were many essentials we felt should have been provided (eg toilet rolls, washing up equipment, kettle etc) Also, as has been mentioned before in reviews, the directions to the property need some improvement. There is no name on the property or on the board at the end of the road. We only recognised it from the tree in the picture!

Abseits vom Touristenrummel, findet man sich in der Natur wieder, der schöne Pool toppt das Ganze (besonders mit Kindern empfehlenswert), sehr nette Vermieterin. Lediglich die Küchenausstattung könnte hier und da ergänzt werden.

Wunderbares Haus, gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist eigentlich genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Teile des Mobiliars sind zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles da, sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt (sowohl der Pool, als auch das Haus/Bad/Handtücher/Bettwäsche 1 x die Woche). Das Haus liegt sehr einsam auf einem großen Grundstück, was aber genau das war, was wir gewollt haben. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur ist super! Einfach hergestellter Kontakt per WhatsApp, sehr freundlich und sehr schnelle Reaktion bei evtl. Anliegen. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Très beau paysage, petite maison de campagne. Les moustiques, insectes nous ont un peu empêché de profiter des repas à l'extérieur. Sinon la propriétaire est très gentille et réactive.

Lovely Peaceful Rural Location

This was a lovely setting, with views over the garden towards the Tramuntana mountains in the distance - it was very quite and peaceful. The property was well described, however, it was only possible to walk to nearby Campanet (about 20 minutes away) during daylight hours. It was a great setting for exploring the Mallorca, only 30 minutes away from the northern coast and 30 minutes to the airport.

Ruhige Lage / Super Sauber / Entspannung pur

Das kleine Haus ist optimal für eine kleine Fanilie. 2 Schlafzimmer / Wohnzimmer / Küche und eine kleine Gallery. Insgesamt können 5 Personen dort nächtigen. Die Sauberkeit der Fince ist wirklich top! Dort können sich manche Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden. Der der Pool hat eine wunderbare Größe. Was will man mehr :) ? Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Gorgeous! Would re-book.

We had a lovely stay, the property was spot on and the location was just what we were looking for. Only negative comment is that the directions provided need to be updated. There are no signs as per the instructions (maybe these have been changed?) also the sign to the property has been replaced. We arrived at night and it was very hard to find. The property itself has no sign on the gate.
