“Pros: You can feel that Judy, the owner of the villa, lives there herself. It's designed and decorated with a lot of thought and you have everything that you need. From a modern washing machine, to all types of kitchen utensils, Netflix access, etc.. It feels like a true holiday home. The location is perfect. “Pros: Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht von Alcudia. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, da sie immer im Schatten liegt. Ein Aussengrill ist ebenfalls vorhaben. Dazu ein toll angelegter Pool. Man hört rund ums Haus……

“A perfect relaxing holiday villa with tranquil and lovely surroundings. It is a magical setting away from the bustle of tourism. Everything we needed was thought of by the owner. The only thing we would suggest is a house name on the road leading down to the property and a name on the security gate. We found our arrival rather confusing even though we had the coordinates. ”

“Die Finka war ein Traum! Die Räumlichkeiten und die Ausstattung waren genau wie beschrieben, der Ausblick am Pool sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mietwagen sind zwingend erforderlich, weil die Finka abgelegen liegt, aber da wir damit geplant hatten war dies gar kein Problem - Stellplätze inkl. Garage sind vorhanden.”
