「Sound proof of the room seems quite limited」

「We overslept after a terrible night and woke up at 11:30 AM, just 30 minutes before the noon checkout time. We called the front desk, explained the situation, and politely asked for an extra 15–20 minutes to get ready and leave. The young woman at the front desk flatly refused and insisted there was no way she could accommodate us. We understand that hotels have checkout policies, but this was a small request. The complete lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. That is not how guests...

「This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My favourite thing about this place is the staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful and the care about your stay. They were very accommodating and you can message them with any questions or hesitations you may have. I can’t recommend this place enough!! Also the rooms seem as if they are newly renovated so overall I had an amazing time staying here!!!」

「This hotel was down its own small alley tucked next to the convent. The streets are narrow and there is no parking very close, but easy to walk there! It was in a perfect quiet location. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided us the code for the door during after hours. Our room was an interior room but still extremely cute and unique!」

「All ok 」

「Outside pool and indoor jacuzzi pool were great. The air con worked really well -it got up to 41 degrees when we visited so this was important. The property is a good size and has all the things you need. Only thing is that it is looking a bit tired in places and could do with an uplift in some areas. Host was very friendly.」

「Since 2014, Olé Adventures has been organising Spanish language immersion retreats for adults, and this time we had the pleasure of staying at El Triguero. What an incredible find! This beautiful patrician house is full of charm and history. The rooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, making the stay very comfortable. The living areas, kitchen, and lounge are very generous in size, with a lovely fireplace and beautiful traditional decor. The gardens are absolutely...

「The people at Ruralidays were very responsive and friendly; it was very pleasant and reassuring to prepare the housing process with them remotely. Thank you to Debora and her colleagues. And of course, a huge thank you for Sebastian's beautiful and comfortable home, where we felt very at home as a family. All the best to everyone! Sandrine and Nadège」
