The property management company also gave me an incorrect gate code, an incorrect building code and an incorrect door code. None of them worked, yet the person at the property management company just kept telling me to view their website portal and use the code. It took over an hour for the company to provide a working code. Once inside, the unit was as described. Very……

“Difficult to communicate with the hosts since he didn’t speak English, there is no heat. TV was bad, keeps going on and off. Overall though place was nice and hosts very nice. Would stay here again. ”

“The apartment was perfect, the pictures do no justice. Inma was very helpful providing places to check out and eat. The train is 3 blocks away from the apartment and the grocery store was 1 block. We will definitely book again!”

“Es un alojamiento que aunque pequeño es muy completo. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid de turismo o de negocios. Parada de metro a 5 minutos y muy fácil aparcamiento gratuito libre en la calle. Lo recomiendo al 100%.”

“Quiet. Clean. Secure. 24/7 concierge. Bed was a bit hard. Only had 1 long pillow for 2 people to share. Has washing machine but nowhere to hang out your clothes to dry so a bit pointless/inconvenient. The parking is also on street despite the building having a garage.”
