Já me hospedei outras vezes e sempre é nossa primeira escolha quando vamos à Serra Negra, que é uma cidade que amamos. Dessa vez tive problemas sérios com a qualidade da Internet. Fica o alerta para a gestão do hotel, isso gerou alguns transtornos para mim por que tirei uma manhã para trabalhar enquanto minha família passeava na cidade.

Hotel localizado na praça central, com muitas opções de restaurantes, cafés e comércio em geral. Dispõe de estacionamento em outra unidade hoteleira (distante cerca de 100 m.).Atendimento na recepção bastante cordial. Quarto triplo espaçoso, limpo e com camas bem confortáveis. Café da manhã satisfatório, com ótimo atendimento. Uma boa opção de hospedagem em Serra Negra.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bem no centro, ao lado de bons restaurantes e ruas de comércio. Ficamos num quarto de casal pequeno mas que atendia. Café da manhã poderia ter mais de uma opção de bolo, que adoro. No primeiro dia não tinha internet mas ajustaram quando avisamos. Pessoal bem atencioso.

Muito bom hotel, com excelente localização...atendimento muito bem feito por todos os funcionarios e limpeza feita diariamente com qualidade. O cafe da manha estava muito bom, com qualidade...poderia apenas trocar alguns alimentos, um bolo ou salgado de sabor diferente, pois os 3 dias foi exatamente o mesmo cafe e alimentacao. Mas nada que tirasse a boa avaliacao do hotel.

Muito bom!

O hotel é muitoo bem localizado! Ao lado da praça principal, próximo a restaurantes e do comércio! Pouco usamos o carro. Um item que acredito que possam melhorar é a limpeza do chão do quarto, que é como se fosse de madeira. Derrubei água no chão e ao limpar com o papel higiênico, o papel saiu muitooo sujo! Por este motivo é que sempre levo chinelos qdo viajo, pq nao confio pisar no chão dos quartos qdo viajo. Em suma, o hotel é muito bom! Retornaria!
