Check in is electronic, easy to use, very quick. Nice but not very friendly luggage storage staff, but super efficient. Room clean, the mattress is too soft for me.

It is very close to the train station and easy to reach on foot. The staff was also super nice and accommodating. I would book again

Nice option for budget sensitive travelers

This is a budget hotel, great price but very small rooms as you can imagine. Nevertheless, it was clean and everything was in good shape. Not much of a view but that's ok because we were mainly there to sleep. It's close to everything, no issue finding stores, good restaurants and as close to the train station as possible. Overall a good place to stay but don't expect a 5 star luxury hotel.

The room was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was an add on to our reservation. All amenities were available at the hotel.

Near Kyoto Station

Hotel is close to the station so it's very convenient. But the rooms and bathrooms are outdated and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. This room was the smallest and most cramped out of all the places we stayed during this trip. Housekeeping was also in full swing when we left our room at 9am each day which is rather early for someone on vacation - would they have busted into our rooms while we slept in? I would recommend this hotel only if you are looking for a hotel close to the station and with a low budget. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending a little bit more for a more updated and comfortable option. We looked forward to checking out of this location. Front desk reception staff were polite and helpful, though it seemed that some of the night crew were less experienced in terms of knowledge and English language compared to their day shift staff (we got different answers from different staff about luggage delivery services). If you ask the front desk to hold your luggage prior to check in or for a while after check out, make sure you screenshot the QR code to pick up your luggage after. I'm not sure how I would have been able to pull up that QR code again if I didn't have a screenshot of it...
