I had such a relaxing stay! I was so impressed by all the amenities and my room was so comfortable. The common room is very inviting and I loved how there was always tea available. Big plus is the onsen bath and clean and spacious shower room! Really enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back.

the hotel and amenities are very nice and its a great location. The staff is not that helpful and are quick to respond things like "we do not handle such matters" if you have any sort of issue. But if you are fine with not needing any help from the hotel staff, everything else is nice.

This hotel is great. It was close to the train station and check-in was very easy. The rooms were clean and well laid out. They provided free coffee and tea in the lobby and the atmosphere was lovely to sit and enjoy. The public bath was clean and very nice.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Kyoto. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with a sink and everything we needed. We didn’t mind not having a private toilet or shower, as the shared facilities were very clean and clearly well maintained. You can tell the hotel takes great care in keeping everything in excellent condition. I hope they continue offering this high level of service for a long time

Walking distance to Kyoto Station. Great value. Small room with sink only. WC on same level as room and shower with onsen at level 1. There is coffee beans and nice assortment of tea provided. Highly recommend this hotel if you don’t mind a small room which is not ensuite.

Great hotel. I had a wonderful time staying for a week. The bathrooms were clean, and the room was the prefect size for me. The added touch is the lounge/cafe area and laundry. Close to Kyoto station as well. Highly recommend.

Great Hotel!

The hotel offers good quality at a good price. The rooms have everything you need for your stay. The common areas are very clean and organized. We loved the lounge with coffee, tea, and useful entertainment items like a microwave, books, and magazines. I highly recommend it.
