Staff members' language skill is terrible. Most of them can't communicate in English and can't even understand a very simple question. If you stay for three nights, your room will not be cleaned for the second day. On the third day they said they would clean but who knows they didn't make my bed! They didn't supply coffee or tea bags the next day and we had to ask for them! They also charged us City Tax even though we only stayed for three nights and paid less than ten thousand yens.

Overall is good~~
the hotel is just next to the subway which is very good.
the most unsatisfied item is the space of the room is very small. Not suggested for family trip.
