Love the location, walking distance from Kyoto Station. And loved all the amenities, free coffee, one complementary drink every night, and the breakfast buffet had really great options and was delicious.
Excellent location. Really appreciated having a washer/dryer, and the breakfast was superb. Great variety with a lot of dishes to try, loved it. Beds were comfy, everything super clean, would definitely highly recommend.
Very close to Kyoto station, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of variety and delicious food.
I also enjoyed the open air layout of the hotel.
Breakfast had a good selection and fresh. The dinner menu was great too and affordable with good food. The staff was very help also. AC worked very well. Room was clean. Very close to a main train station
Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel for me. Although the evening food with live entertainment most nights was also welcome.
Free coffee whenever wanted and a daily welcome drink were pluses
The room is clean but very small. It is nice to have a balcony though. The welcome drink each night was nice. Laundry dryers were weak and did not dry clothes properly so I had to rush to a nearby laundromat. The hotel is really close to the station.
Great location close to Kyoto station. Coffee/tea area in reception great. Welcome drink each night was a nice touch, and enjoying it while listening to live music. The hotel layout is interesting being open air - was very cold when we were there so the heaters and fire pits were great. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. An extra pillow would have been appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
rooms were clean, amenities were very nice, and staff were nice and mindful

The hotel is in a great location, walkable to the train station and surrounded by a quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to get around while still enjoying a peaceful stay. The public bath was well maintained and a great way to unwind after a day out.
