Pessima noite, não cumpriram com reserva

Minha estadia no Ibis foi desastrosa. Estava com minha família e precisava de um quarto apenas para dormir já que iríamos sair no outro dia cedo. Ao fazer checkin e chegar no quarto não havia uma cama de solteiro adicional conforme minha reserva, fui à recepção e me deram a chave de um quarto e quando chego está ocupado já com um hóspede! Nunca passei por isso, e ao voltar a recepção me informaram que não haviam mais quartos disponíveis conforme minha reserva. Já era 23:50 estávamos cansados e acabamos tendo uma pessima noite em um quarto para 2 pessoas com uma família. Enfim experiência pessima, pelo menos sugeriram um reembolso que por sinal ainda não ocorreu.

Chegando no quarto,a chave não abria a porta,necessario descer na recepção pra validae a chava,por duas vezes. O hotel esta cobrando 15 reais de estacionamento, sempre me hospedei lá por anos,nunca cobravam....para minha surpresa agora tem uma cancela,e tem serviços de vallet por 18 reais, mas ninguém avisa nada.....

Sou cliente Ibis, e a unidade de Piracicaba me decepcionou! Apesar do ótimo atendimento, o prédio e os lençóis estavam em péssima conservação, a água estava com aspectos visguento e existia um mal cheiro no prédio!

Bom para uma estadia

O hotel é bom, com um restaurante legal pra quem não quer sair do hotel, serve pizza a noite. O café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso. O único fator que achei não tão bom, foi o cheiro desagradável do lado de fora, vindo do Rio Piracicaba.Como no quarto há ar condicionado, não é B necessário abrir a janela e o cheiro ruim não entra.
