“Staff are very nice, the room is very confortable, and had great view. It is in great location, easily to reach anywhere. And areobus stop is nearby. Super convenient! I will definity choose this hotel next time I visit Granada! :)”

“The hotel is near to the entrance to the Alhambra Palace. There is a coffee shop, restaurant (reservation recommended.) is open to the public. The surrounding is quite nice. Very historic. (The hotel provides brief brochure.) It should be very comfortable to sit outdoors in the summer time. Will come back again.”

“Try to find the hotel parking was very difficult as there is no instruction provided by the hotel to detail the street name etc ended up using the valet parking, did take them a long time to move the car from a time restricted spot outside the hotel so hoping not to receive a parking fine from the hire car company! The queue for coffee in the morning was very long/ slow and the coffee ultimately wasn’t worth it as very bitter to taste! The hotel is however excellently located and the food served……

“This is a very basic hotel. The location is super close to Alhambra. You can (and require in high season) to book tickets to Alhambra anyway, so this mitigation somewhat the location advantage, as there is no need to line up. It is ranked as 4-Star but don’t expect anything you usually expect.”

“The faucet in the bathroom of the hotel has been leaking, the whole room is full of water, and the wooden door may have a heavy taste due to long-term soaking in water.”

“The room is very big. It is a bit noise as it is next to the street. Staffs are green but enthusiasm. The Resturant is good especially the breakfast. The waiter of mid age man had given me very good service.”

“The hotel is close to the city centre and basically very convenient to everywhere of the town. The room is modern and clean. It is particularly good that a street at the back door (?) of the hotel has lots of small bars and restaurants at night, where we never need to trouble for food. I arrive Granada at the ALSA bus station, and I suggest to go to this hotel by taxi. It costs less than 10 euros, and it may not be directly accessible via bus. ”

“Nice as it's quite near to La Alhambra, around 5 minutes driving only. With a good carpark if you drive there.”

“Strongly not recommend this hotel. Facilities are not well maintained, especially the shower, very dirty. Charge 150 euro for 2 night but no free water lol. AND it’s super noisy at night! Even you closed the window! The worst stay of my trip honestly. ”

“酒店再出發前就告知如何停車，且不用擔心使用限制道路，一到酒店就先登記了我們的租車牌，非常貼心，隔天晚上還送瓶水和兩個杯子放在房門口，酒店房間雖小，但位置超好，服務貼心，唯一要注意的是因房間過小，衛浴間是透明的，入住前需考慮一下使用上的便利性。”

“位置交通方便。 雖然前台不是24小時，但入住說明非常清楚。 有有折扣的代訂票服務，詢問景點交通時解說親切熱情。 房間跟共用浴室都很乾淨。空調暖氣很暖。寢具舒適。 舊建築但維護的很好。”

“The room we got did not meet our expectation from the photos presented for the specific room type we booked. It has a weird layout, and bad smell came out from the ventilation whenever we flush the toilet. On the pro side, the water in shower is hot and sufficient, rooms are clean, and the staffs are friendly and helpfu.”
