"Mirabell Alpine Garden Resort was the best stay of my 3 month tour of Europe by far! The staff is outstanding 👏 The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruits, produce, fresh breads, pastries, meat cheese. They bring you eggs and bacon cooked fresh to your table if you like. Definitely pay the extra $$ for the chef inspired meals each night, and thank me later😋 The rooms are huge, bathroom very spacious. Comfy beds, and THE VIEW! WOW! We were so sad to leave, but we're already planning to come back next year for an extended stay of 7 days instead of 4 days. I 100% recommend this hotel. Marina at the front desk was very helpful in explaining how the free transportation works. The bus from the Bolzano train station drops you right at the driveway if the Resort. Then its free transportation to see the other towns. Please dont miss Ortesi. Bus ride about 25 minutes (free) The property is so beautiful 😍. I mean they've taken care of every little detail in the garden. A couple of times I saw staff in the garden picking fresh lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, and herbs 🌿 I had a great time picking apples, (small ones) but they were sweet and tangy. I loaded up my basket!😋🤣, also there's a huge pear tree on the property and its LOADED with pears. I had a massage during my stay it was wonderful! I just cannot recommend this place enough! It truly was a gem and we were very pleasantly surprised with this property!💯🇮🇹♥️ **TIP- PAY FOR THE DINNER!!!!"

"This hotel has RUINED our standards. It was our first stop on our Dolomites roadtrip and made the other hotels we stopped at ridiculously less nice. This place is so clean, location can’t get any better, the service is great, the spa is insane, the halfboard/restaurant is delicious and worth it. They think about the details that other hotels don’t think about like cleaning windows, giving snacks with drinks, offering umbrellas, complimentary processo, live music, parking your car for you, offering the cutest little frame as a souvenir - basically, we are now spoiled and every other hotel will never compare. One tiny little thing they could improve on - some of our food (whether ordered on the menu or at the buffet) was cold or very room temperature, not something you want from pasta carbonara or scrambled eggs, for example."

"Hotel was in a convenient location, and recently renovated. Our only issues were the lack of a mini fridge and no A/C unit, for the latter, they expect you to leave your balcony door open, which also means you’re subject to the balcony light and defeats the purpose of the black out curtains."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."

"Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!"
