「Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

「Fantastic location, relaxing and friendly environment nestled in a beautiful forested location. Close to town of Armentarola (accessible by bus, shuttle or even walking) where the ski tow is located. The on-site restaurant is excellent and convenient. I had some of my best sleeps in years in the A-frames. Cant wait to return.」

「Very comfortable rooms in very old building. Spa amenities , I mean sauna and steam room , included in the reservation, and they are excellent, very clean . Location is on the central piazza. Breakfas was excellent. I was very satisfied with service. Parking was not included, but city has free parking lots overnight till 7 AM. I belive hotel offers paid parking on site for about 20 Euro, but we diidn't need it. 」

「Wi-fi is terrible inside the room, and the smell in the room is really bad, but the breakfast is wonderful. Location is excellent. The air conditioner is good. Hot water for shower is good. The elevator is very small only for two person with three luggage.」

「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」
