La persona que me atendio cuando hice el check in no fue amable, además yo había solicitado con desayuno incluido y me quizo cobrar aparte el desayuno. Por último se corto la luz en el hotel y estuvimos varias horas sin luz y sin aire acondicionado.

Péssima experiência

É no básico que se reconhece o padrão de um hotel – e o Novotel Campo Grande falhou miseravelmente. O café da manhã, prometido para as 6h30, só ficou efetivamente pronto às 6h50. Para quem tem compromisso cedo, 20 minutos de atraso por pura desorganização é mais que incômodo – é desrespeito. O pior, no entanto, não foi a espera, mas a resposta. Ao reclamar, fui brindado com a desfaçatez de ouvir que “estava tudo pronto” – uma mentira descarada dita com a convicção de quem claramente subestima a inteligência dos hóspedes. Como se não bastasse, a equipe foi deselegante e visivelmente despreparada para lidar com críticas legítimas. Novotel, coerência entre o que se promete e o que se entrega deveria ser o mínimo. Se não conseguem cumprir nem o horário do café da manhã, talvez seja hora de rever o conceito de “padrão Accor”.

Estrutura depredada, quarto com rodapés soltos, piso deteriorado, cortina toda furada/rasgada. Show de horror e não condiz com a proposta do Novotel. Qualquer Íbis, que é da mesma rede é muito melhor.

Desde a chegada até o check-out, fui muito bem atendido por uma equipe atenciosa e profissional, sempre disposta a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. A infraestrutura do hotel é impecável, com áreas comuns bem cuidadas, quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e silenciosos. A limpeza estava sempre impecável, tanto nos quartos quanto nas áreas compartilhadas. Outro ponto de destaque foi a acessibilidade: o hotel é muito bem adaptado, com rampas, elevadores eficientes e sinalizações claras, o que garantiu conforto e segurança para todos os hóspedes. O hotel é muito bom, mas necessita de reformas pontuais, exemplo ao teto do banheiro que estava com a pintura manchada, parecendo mofo. Elevadores são distantes da recepção.
