“Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird.……

“The BiBi was perfect for my needs. Its location is excellent, and the room had all the needed amenities. Fabio was a gracious host, orienting me to Arezzo and recommending a wonderful trattoria close by. I highly recommend and hope to return!”

“This was such a fantastic property with very helpful and accommodating staff. The location is perfect and accessible to all of the local restaurants, convenience, store, and train station.”

“Le charme de l'endroit, l'attention de l'hôte, le confort, le déjeuner delicieux.”

“Really lovely apartment in a beautiful place. Views from the complex were breathtaking and the location was perfect to get to Florence, pisa and Siena. Room itself was somewhat basic but very charming and rustic. Kitchen nicely equipped with everything you might need. Special thanks goes to the hosts who were fantastic, gave us a really useful guide to the local area which we made use of multiple times and couldn't do enough to help us. Finally the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious……

“Es un alojamiento muy básico. El desayuno incluido es precario y mal presentado. Fue difícil de encontrar y contactar después de las 19.”

“Lovely Stay, excellent view, a bit out of the way but well worth the travel. ate at attached restaurant, part of the slow food movement, lovely host and food.”

“The villa is located at the top of hill enjoying a stunning Tuscan countryside view. The house itself is antique however well restored, with an exquisite dining room and a professional kitchen. Breakfast is fabulous particularly the handmade orange jam making me feel myself the Paddington bear! We also tried the dinner set which tasted good and natural. For the welcome drink, try the hot chocolate made by the reception lady! It is a 2 hours drive from Florence or 1.5 hours from Siena, you may……

“Le top ! Une localisation parfaite et un appartement comme rarement connu dans mes diverses locations, au point où nous avons souhaité y rester pour dîner avec repas traiteur. 🤩Merci ”

“The apartment was excellent. There was plenty of room and it was clean and well equipped. The kitchen has way more space than most Italian kitchens. The bathroom had plenty of storage in the vanity for toiletries and the shower was large.Stephan is an excellent host who clearly wants guests to enjoy their experience. The apartment is centrally located easy walk to cafes, restaurants and attractions in a restricted driving zone. If you are driving, parking is not close by but Stephan came……

“Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. Despite that, everything else of our accommodation is nice. The heating is also well functioned considering most other hotels or agriturismo do not offer heating in late April. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast offers a lot of choices. Besides we found……

“Excellent location, genuine warmth and extreme generosity is what we found here. If you want a nice, safe, homely place to stay a few days, this is it. Very clean, the most comfortable bed we've slept in a month in Italy, and more breakfast pastries and snacks then we could ever eat. Fresh milk and juice also provided daily. Small kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals, and the restaurant downstairs has excellent homemade food and the nicest folks you'll meet. Thank you to Julia for……

“Absolutely a 5 star hotel suite. Big rooms. In a mixed use high rise building. A little off the beaten path. Found no problem with walking to the majority of the old town sites.”

“Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). The breakfast was simple and included fruit, juice, yogurt, sliced cheese and cold cut, packages sweets, tea, coffee and water. The owners were……

“Friendly and very helpful Host. Great location and delightful property. We stayed only one night and consumed meals in town but kitchen was fully equipped. Thank you for having us, we plan to be back!”

“I could not ask for a better host-easily reachable when I was confused about the door lock, was flexible when I needed to access the apartment early, was helpful in finding a place to store my luggage. Also, the apartment location is wonderful— short walk from the train station and easy access to the heart of town.It might be helpful to know that there is no kitchen sink or stove. The only potential for cooking is a microwave. The only sink in the apartment is in the bathroom. However, there is……
