O hotel tem uma boa localização, estando próximo a "ducha de prata" e o "bosque do silêncio" (podendo ir andando tranquilamente).
O café da manhã e o chá da tarde também estavam bons, no caso do café da manhã com uma boa variedade de itens. Só sentimos falta de café no chá da tarde.
Referente ao atendimento, ficou um pouco a desejar. Alguns dos atendentes foram simpáticos, outros nem tanto, parecendo um pouco desinteressados, além de não confirmarem muito os dados ao entregarem chaves ou pedidos de delivery.
Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, onde o mesmo esquentava bem durante a manhã, porém quase não esquentava à noite, fizemos mais de uma reclamação, porém o problema não foi resolvido (a viagem foi durante o verão).
A cama estava muito confortável e o chalé é bastante espaçoso, porém os itens do quarto estavam um pouco precários, o interfone não funcionava, o cabo estava com problemas no encaixe. O aquecedor disponibilizado era 220v, porém o chalé oferecia poucas tomadas e só 110v nos ambientes, exceto o banheiro que foi a única tomada 220v disponível.
Obs: o chalé não tinha cafeteira conforme as fotos.
O hotel também oferece pouca acessibilidade, para ir da portaria até os chalés, é necessário subir um lance de escadas e passar por uma rampa inclinada. Além de não possuir rampa de acesso à portaria, que tem só uma escada na entrada.
Ficamos com uma sensação de insegurança, atrás dos chalés havia um portão aberto 24h que dava para a rua.
