O quarto estava cheirando a cerveja e, de fato, estava sujo. Havia cerveja derramada no piso e marcas das garrafas de cerveja em vários locais: mesa, bancada do banheiro, bancada de apoio para a mala, perto do espelho. Acredito que faltou zelo e cuidado da equipe de limpeza, pois era muito fácil de ver tal descuido. Para um hotel que se diz resort, deixou muito a desejar.

Tudo perfeito. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, café da manhã excelente (mesmo com hotel cheio, não caiu a qualidade), a estrutura do hotel superou as expectativas (melhor que nas fotos) e a equipe toda do hotel foi super educada e atenciosa em todo o tempo. Só não ficamos mais uma diária porque não tinha mais qusrtos disponíveis.

O hotel passou a ter uma área de lazer com uma piscina, sauna e bar, além de permitir estadias rapidas (day use). Eu entendo que o hotel deva se reinventar mas todos os a hóspedes devem ser respeitados. O barulho era insuportável e a música a todo vapor de manhã até meia-noite, com uma qualidade questionável, ainda mais. Se alguns hóspedes querem diversão non-stop, outros querem paz e sossego. Já fui mais de 15.vezes ao hotel, não sei se voltarei mais.

Embora que foi uma estadia de um dia somente, recomendo o hotel a todos, já é a terceira vez que nos hospedamos lá .Hotel muito organizado, limpo, café da manhã espetacular e uma equipe muito prestativa. Ótima localização, com shopping muito próximo e, estacionamento para o carro.

O hóspede do quarto da frente deixou a bandeja com o resto de comida dentro, no corredor e em frentre ao quarto. Infelizmente essa é a cultura de alguns brasileiros. Entretanto o que mais me decepcionou foi que fizemos o check-in as 18:00 essa bandeja já estava lá no corredor e apesar de eu ter avisado o recepcionista as 7:00 da manhã do dia seguinte, pois ninguém do hotel retirou espontaneamente, a bandeja só foi retirada depois das 9:00, um pouco antes de nós fazermos o check-out e já estava cherando ruim.

A parte boa é que os funcionários foram sempre prestativos. As partes ruins: meu lençol não havia sido trocado desde do hóspede anterior e estava cheio de areia. O hotel não disponibiliza ferro de passar roupas no quarto, é preciso ir ate uma sala próxima da recepção onde SÓ TEM UM FRRRO! ou seja vc precisa esperar quem estava na frente terminar de passar suas roupas pra poder usar... Economias bobas que tornam a experiência bem pior do que poderia ser para um hotel que tem uma boa estrutura. Não recomendo
