The spacious and well-maintained Villa Llimonera in southern Mallorca offers you an unforgettable holiday in a very peaceful setting, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. Just a 5-minute drive (about 3.5 km) away is Sa Ràpita beach, followed by the famous Es Trenc beach. With crystal-clear waters and fine white sand, it’s ideal for families with children.



This Mallorcan-style holiday home features on the ground floor a large living room, dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and a covered terrace. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x200 cm bed and one with a 160x200 cm bed) and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, dining room and bedrooms, barbecue, satellite TV, and board games. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, automatic coffee machine for coffee beans, and all necessary utensils for family meals. The water is filtered by a high-quality osmosis system and can be drunk directly from the tap.



The spacious covered terrace is perfect for starting your day with breakfast or enjoying a barbecue evening with the family. You can also watch the sunset with a drink from one of the 3 balconies upstairs.



Just a few steps away, in a separate area, is a spacious pool zone shared with only 7 homes. The 8x14 m pool is perfect for swimming and cooling off. Sun loungers invite you to relax under straw umbrellas. In the large porch with tables and chairs, you can connect to Wi-Fi with a view of the pool.



A large supermarket and several smaller shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery, and cafés in Sa Ràpita are just a 5-minute drive away. In Campos, about 10 minutes by car, you’ll find more shopping options with large supermarkets and a weekly market.
