Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí. La casa era preciosa, cómoda y acogedora. Una gran cocina al aire libre y totalmente equipada. No queríamos marcharnos. Una tortuga vive en el patio trasero, lo que era una sorpresa muy bonita todas las mañanas. Le encanta comer frutas y verduras. Los anfitriones responden muy rápido y fueron muy serviciales. Muchas gracias :) Sin embargo, había algunas cosas que tener en cuenta: el agua de la ducha de arriba no estaba caliente, así que en su mayoría tuvimos duchas frías durante nuestra estancia. La ducha de agua caliente de la planta baja decidía cuándo quería funcionar, por lo que no se garantizaba una ducha caliente. También tuvimos que comprar cosas básicas para la casa y la cocina, como aceite de oliva, bolsas de basura, líquido de lavandería y solo se nos proporcionó un paño de cocina. No es el fin del mundo y esto no impidió nuestra estancia.

Erstmal putzen!

Das Haus war nicht sauber, alles musste erstmal gespült und gelüftet werden. Wir hatten 5 Tage kein oder kaum warmes Wasser und täglich die Techniker zur Reparatur im Haus. Dann blieb die Baustelle in der Küche auch noch über Nacht und der Strom fiel aus, Spülmaschine ging nicht. Preis- Leitung stimmt hier leider nicht.

Sehr schöne entspannte Woche auf Can Mora

Wir, meine Eltern, mein Bruder und ich hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Stadthaus "Can Mora"! Das Haus ist sehr großzügig im alten mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet - sehr charmant. Der Garten ist mit Orangenbäumen, Lavendel, Hibiskus und Monstera angelegt. Erstaunlich war auch, dass der Poolboy 2X in der Woche vor Ort war. Es war alles sehr sauber, selbst die Handtücher waren liebevoll als "Schmetterling" auf den Betten drapiert. Die Küche ist mit allen ausgestattet, in der Aussenküche konnten wir hervorragend grillen! Unglaublich unterhaltsam waren auch unsere Mitbewohner, 3 Landschildkröten :-) Sie waren unermüdlich mit der Futteraufnahme von Hibiskusblüten beschäftigt. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Meinungen (Bewertungen) empfanden wir keine Belästigung durch die Turtels, eher im Gegenteil, sie sind völlig autark und brauchen keine Fremdversorgung. Das Geschirr, im Besonderen Teller und Gläser könnten einmal erneuert und der Bestand aufgestockt werden. Ebenfalls erfolgte die Übergabe des Hauses mit einigen Schreckminuten. Wir waren pünktlich zur Übergabzeit da, doch es kam niemand. Nachdem wir nach 10 Minuten angerufen hatten, wurde uns gesagt, das man sich gleich zurück meldet aber es geschah nichts. Nach wiederholtem Anruf wurde uns gesagt, der Eigentümer kommt 16:20 Uhr, es war 16:30 Uhr. Es kam der leise Verdacht auf, dass es sich vielleicht um ein "Fakeangebot" handelt. Wir bekamen dann den Code für den KEY Safe, warum nicht gleich? Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

Uriger Altbau Charme

Mitten in campos gelegenes sehr altes stadthaus. Leider waren alle töpfe, pfannen, geschirr und gläser schmutzig, so dass wir erstmal spülen mussten. Die duschen lassen sich nicht auf eine einheitliche Temperatur einstellen, ausserdem wird das heisse wasser über gasflaschen hergestellt. Eigentlich nicht schlimm, aber von 3 flaschen waren 2 nur halbvoll, so dass wir sie wechseln mussten. Die betten in 2 schlafzimmern sind nur 1,20 breit für 2 Erwachsene ziemlich schmal. Der gartenbereich ist urig und schön, der pool sauber. Alles sehr ruhig. 3 kleine mitbewohner im garten in form von Schildkröten. Parken kann man in der strasse vor dem haus. Restaurants gibt es reichlich in der nähe. Wie in so alten häusern üblich, gab es auch einige Kakerlaken. Waren aber nicht viele. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt, das haus könnte einige Modernisierungen gebrauchen. Zum strand von cala santanyi fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 20 minuten.
