I think this hotel is under new management since our last visit and the staff were much friendlier and helpful, the reception area had changed and I think the room we had (304) was easily the absolute best room in the whole hotel!

We love the Furama and always choose to stay there when visiting Sydney. It is convenient to everything including public transport, restaurants, Paddy’s Market, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. It’s recently undergone a foyer and restaurant facelift and looks great. It is very busy as a lot of Asian airline companies put their flight crew in this accommodation and also we noticed this time that if you don’t hang the ‘Tidy My Room’ sign on the door then the room will not be serviced, which I think should always be included and give us the option to opt out. But love Furama, it will always be my choice in Sydney.
