The first room was not the room I reserved, the bed was just a little bigger then a double but I know I reserved a queen. Finally moved to a slightly bigger room but it's still a small room.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la station Town Hall et proche du tramway (métro léger).
La chambre était petite mais propre, le lit confortable et la salle de bain bien équipée (la douche pluie est un vrai bonheur).
Le personnel est très aimable. Les bagages peuvent être gardés à la réception avant que la chambre soit prête ou avant de quitter la ville à la fin du séjour.

Loved the location, loved the downstairs cafe and generally staff were pretty good. What I didnt like was:
-They moved us to the fourth floor - the lift only went to the 3rd. Quite difficult when youre in your seventies and lugging suitcases up a very narrow stairway
- On the morning of departure the lift was completely out of order so had to lug our suitcases down four flights
- The room was small. Very small.
- I couldnt sit on the toilet as it was very close to the facing wall
- Each morning a very strong sewerage smell would waft up and into our window. What a stink !
