    "Staff were lovely and the hotel was in a convenient spot. However, room was not up to our standards regarding cleanliness. Stains down the side of the bedside tables and the checkered layered on the top was peeling off. Rust in the bathroom. Small bugs on the ceiling. Wifi was awful- constantly lost connection in our room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Tv had a strange timer where it just randomly shut off. There is no ice machine or water available (outside of the sink) on site."

    "The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, we did request firmer pillows which didnt happen so we have stiff necks but aside from that it was great. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we have experienced."

    "The view was spectacular. Could not get better! We didn’t want to leave it - even to go on our harbour cruise. Rooms were clean and modern and the beds were so comfortable. The Shower in the main bathroom was tiny and there was built up grime around the bottom of the shower door and under the sink benchtop. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, so overall the apartment felt very clean. Concierge was just lovely and could not have been more welcoming and supportive, bringing ice to our room..."
