There were no bedding, no towels nokit hen cloths. We showerrd wit paper towels. Never saw the advertised amenities no maps , never found tix to the amenities. Not worth the money

Es un lugar sencillo pero bastante acogedor, esta en una area con camaras de vigilancia que te da la sensacion de seguridad. Ademas, tienes mas personas a tu alrededor que te da la sensacion de que no estas solo en la montaña. La cocina esta totalmente equipada y tienen muchos juegos juegos de mesa, internet, aire acondicionado y todo lo que necesitas para unas minivacaciones sin preocupaciones.

Pricey for what it was
The property is dated. We stayed during the summer so maybe it feels different when skiing wintertime but the condo could use some updates. There is a 100 cleaning fee tacked onto the price of the room which made it very expensive for a 2 night stay especially because you had to bring your own sheets towels and bedding. If you read the fine print you also have only one pool guest included - the rest are paid. The listing is accurate and so are the photos.

Short Family Vacation
Hi So the place was nice a little outdated. We didn't know the pool was extra that would have been nice to know. Also we had no idea sheets were not on the bed. Overall the place was okay good for two kiddos.

This was the perfect little getaway! So much privacy- we didn’t realize how high up the property was on a hill so be prepared to drive carefully!

Basic accommodations
The owner yelled at me when I called her to inquire about checking in. You receive an email with lock box instructions (I missed the email). She was quite rude and had no desire to provide any level of customer service. The location is nice and the accommodations are adequate.

Great Stay!
It was the perfect condo for our stay. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us and having a stocked kitchen was excellent. We had 1 person working remotely during the day. The wifi quality was more than adequate for them to do zoom meetings and get their work done.

Condo is small but comfortable for two people. Bathroom and kitchen are both in working condition but could benefit from updates. Community Center was only partially usable (game room closed, indoor hot tub had been removed, none of the pool heaters were working) and some of the photos in the listing are outdated.

Incredible!
The condo was spotless upon arrival. The owners thought of everything and made check in easy. My kids had such a great time swimming and exploring the area that they did not want to leave and I didn't either! I loved it, I'll definitely be renting again in the future.

Overall the place was great! Close to the white mountains and various hikes, which was lovely. The one issue we had was that there were several flies in the apartment which was not the most pleasant. Aside from that it was great!

Lovely Weekend Getaway
We had a great experience staying at this lovely condo. The space is beautiful, bright and clean. It has high loft-like ceilings and wooden walls, which gives the place such a cozy, mountain hut vibe, absolutely loved it! There is a big, comfortable L-shaped couch in the living room for some family/friends time after a day in the mountains. We found some games in the closet and enjoyed plaing Jenga and then watched a movie. There is a big dining table. The kitchen and the bathroom were equipped with EVERYTHING you would need for your stay. I stay at vacation rentals a lot, and there are still many that don't have stuff like spices, oil, cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels etc. This place has it all and I find this very thoughtful and definitely helpful that you don't have to go to the store for the most basic necessities. The location is great, close to everything yet it feels private and secluded. The area around the condo building is so beautiful! It's located in the forest and it's perfect for a morning run or a walk. There are picnic tables to hang out if the weather is nice. The host, Aline was awesome! Very responsive and easy to reach if we had any questions. Thank you, Aline! We will definitely be going back and will recommend to our friends!

Great Location
We wanted a quick last minute getaway and this worked out perfect. We packed the days with so much stuff. The only con was the sleeping we have a 3 year old and my husband was nervous to let him in either bed but we ended up making it a big family camp out on the couch! The boys thought it was great so it worked out great

Family weekend getaway
Had a lovely time here. The house was simple, rustic. Very cool huge spider webs in the trees around here. Short drive from some nice hikes. Played games around the kitchen table and cooked in the kitchen. Locked our keys out and the owner was able to get someone over to help us get back in quickly. We had a lovely time.

Wonderful condo in the mountains
The condo was clean and spacious. Perfect for a group of people and had plenty of room and was equipped with plates, knives, etc. The owners responded quickly and helped with any questions I had. The condo was wonderfully located with a private beach and basketball as well as tennis courts. I would definitely rent this home again!

Family friendly apartment in Campton
Cute apartment is very clean and family friendly. They have beach toys, game boards, well equipped kitchen like condiments, oil, salt and pepper) etc. which is helpful. The apartment is quaint and good for a family of four. There was a heat wave so one night was stuffy, but overall it’s nice, big enough and well maintained. We came here for a long weekend and Lake Winnipesaukee was about 30-45mins away (FYI) but there a lot of other lakes around and a pond in the community center (waking distance).

Fun Condo, Great Community
I really enjoyed my experience here. There was a community center just a walk (or very short drive) away with 2 impressive indoor pools and a hot tub. My 11 year old son loved the layout of the condo --- the bedroom nook and the overall open atmosphere. The owners were responsive as well. Right down the street from the condo Campton Mountain, which offers nigh skiing and a bar with pub grub. The mountain ids VERY small, but that's not why we booked our trip. Condo is About 15 minutes to Waterville Valley and 25 minutes to Loon.

NH stay in a condo
The community center was very nice my kids enjoyed it a lot. The foyer to our condo was dirty and full of leaves and very cold which didn't make a very good first impression. The condo itself was cute and the kids enjoyed their little cave bedroom.(they are 8&12) Everything was neat and tidy. We didn't spend much time in the condo but we did get a decent night sleep.

I needed a place to stay with my two teenage kids to explore the White Mountains. The beds and couch were comfy and the place was clean and tidy. My kids and I had a lot of fun at the community center swimming in the multiple pools and enjoying the hot tub. The style of the place is very basic and bland but more important is comfort and cleanliness which is has. Aline is very responsive and helpful to questions and communicates considerately. Cons: We couldn't get the cable TV to work downstairs. My kids were disappointed by the VHS tapes but no VCR. The linens are washed in some sort of perfumed detergent. They had a strong perfumed detergent smell and did not absorb water well. The shower had little water flow and little water pressure. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Nice time
The condo is nice. Its cute. The sleeping side of things inst optimal, but its definitely doable. We had 3 people and 1 person slept on the sofa, which was comfy. The common area- pools, hot tubs etc- is the best feature. Its really nice, and even has a restaurant, games, 4 pools and a few hot tubs. All clean. We would go again!

Fantastic last minute find!
The property is clean, comfortably furnished, and perfect for up to 4 people. We had 2 adults and a teenager and it was perfect. The area is phenomenal! Way too much to do in only two days. The community/rec center alone had more to explore than we had time for between the pools, pond, and sport court options. And the surrounding towns of Lincoln, Woodstock, etc. offer a ton of excellent options for adventure, nature, shopping, and eating. We’re already planning when we can get back!

Great condo and owners!
Enjoyed our week stay. Condo was clean, well furnished and stocked for our needs. Owners were quick to respond to questions. The recreation center was phenomenal. Location was perfect. This was our first reservation through VRBO and definitely will not be our last.

It was ok...
To me, 1 bedroom means a separate room with a door you can close. This was actually a studio with a loft. Electric baseboard heat didn’t work. A couple of wine glasses would be nice.

Thank you for your review Thomas as we appreciate all feedbacks. The description of the condo states that the bedroom is a loft style, I'm sorry if you missed on that information prior to booking. This fact was never brought up before by any prior guests. Unfortunately the weekend you were staying at the condo , we were having difficulties with the electric heat, which you were notified about it. We also explained how the wall heat in the bathroom should still supply enough heat for the unit. And if it was not enough for you to contact us back. Wine glasses.... absolutely ! It has been on my list and I have just ordered them. No kitchen is fully equipped without wine glasses. Sorry for that! We hope that overall you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you, Aline & Todd

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable
We stayed here in the winter to spend a few days skiing in the White Mountains. The Condo is in a good location to ski both Cannon and Waterville Valley. The weather was cold, but the condo was comfortable. So much to do in this area both in winter and summer with the White Mountains so close by. I thought this place was fairly priced and I would definitely stay again.

Cute condo, great value
This was our first time using any home share program and Aline was amazing! She answered my numerous questions with great patience! She always got back to me quickly and she helped guide me through the whole process. I was very impressed with her. The condo was very cute and exactly what we were looking for. We went in July, which was hot and there is no A/C. But other than being very warm during a heatwave, the condo was great. The kitchen was well stocked and had far more supplies than I expected! Towels and bedding were in great shape. My overall impression is that the condo is well kept and maintained. The recreation area was great! My kids loved the pools, game room (arcade) and the paddle boats! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a getaway!

Simple, clean. Good stay
We stayed here for two nights and it was everything I expected. This is not a 4 star hotel and it is not perfect but it was exactly as advertised. Clean, linens included. Multiple pools and hot tubs at the rec center. Easy access to Waterville valley area. My family and I enjoyed the stay!!!!

Lovely, clean home with outstanding recreational center!
Everything was just right with our stay! We would stay there again. Everything was clean and smelling fresh. Plenty of towels, cooking items, and other useful items like shampoo, etc. were there. There are a lot of hooks, which helped us a lot, as we had wet towels and wet bathing suits. The condo is set up like a split level, with the bedroom loft upstairs and the living room, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs. The other bed is straight ahead when you enter. The ladder to get up to the bed is removable (not stuck to wall), so if you have a young child like us, you don't have to worry about them consistently going up there. Note: You can park anywhere under the carport, and I can say we really appreciate the carport because it was raining as we were packing the car up. It was nice to stay dry! The recreational center is a HUGE plus! There's an outdoor pool, 2 indoor heated pools with beautiful view of mountains/pond, hot tub, tennis courts, bball court, gym, swing set, kid's playroom with plenty of toys, a resturant with things to order like pizza, burgers, etc., bar, sauna, game room, everything you could dream of and more, and nice people there too. We used the facility everyday we were there. Note: When you leave the condo take a left out of the parking lot to get to the recreational center. Do not let the community center signs fool you, as that is not the right place to go. Overall, great place to go, located close enough to everywhere you would probably want to go (Polar Caves awesome..20 min away), and the foliage was beautiful!
