“The host was welcoming and responsive to every request I had. The tastefulness with witch everything was thought through in preparing, decorating and stocking the studio really stands out for me. This adorable little studio is located within walking distance of grocery, restaurant. and a theater even. The neighborhood felt safe and everyone I met was welcoming. ”

“Very nice relaxing place, located in a pine forest setting. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. There were 2 photos ofvthe same room. One with couch , one with bed. Because we did not study the photos closely, we thought there was 5 bedrooms, not 4.Highly recommended this place. It was well stocked with all the amenities and games.Nevada City is 10 minutes away and a great place to explore. ”

“I just stayed for one night- visiting family. The family was friendly and also gave me space. My favorite thing was the pond, with many koi fish. My area included a bedroom , bathroom with sauna, and a rec room with a giant tv, treadmill, ping pong table and fooz ball table. The bed was very comfortable and the night was peaceful. I would visit again.”

“Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private. Space itself is set up for 2 people, if you bring more people (wouldn't recommend more than 2 adults, 2 kids) you should bring an air mattress and your own bedding. “We had a lovely stay. It was a perfect 3 day getaway from SF. The cabin was just as listed. My only advice - make sure to arrive while it’s light out - it would be challenging to find the cabin for the first time in the dark.”

“Nice place. Huge open living/dining room and large kitchen. Getting to the 2nd-floor bedroom may be tricky if you have mobility issues. There is a skinny spiral staircase.(You may not need the 2nd floor b/c there is a first-floor bedroom).I recommend hiking up to the Sierra Buttes fire lookout station while you are there, especially if you are not afraid of heights. “I would give it a 4.5. The host was quick to respond. The location was absolutely breath-taking and the home was spacious and had everything we needed.
