“This hotel boasts stunning views and excellent facilities. The beach is right outside the pool – it's fantastic! As the head chef, I was also incredibly impressed by the variety of dishes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection and exquisite preparation – clearly made with great care! The à la carte options were also exceptionally high-quality; every dish showcased the chef's dedication, skill, and exceptional seasoning. We highly recommend it!”

So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”

We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) ”

“This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match……

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. ”

“Also wir hatten leider mit Halbpension gebucht und abends war das Menü sehr sehr Bescheiden. Da wir im beginn der Saison unterwegs waren ist es verständlich das abends nicht so viele Leute beim Essen sind. Ich erwarte dennoch das Beilagen dabei sind und es mehr Auswahl gibt weil nicht jeder ist alles an Fleisch oder jedes Gemüse. Reis Kartoffeln kann man ebenfalls immer abkochen. Sehr sehr magere Auswahl nicht zu empfehlen und die qualität abends nur 6/10 Morgen das Frühstück ist sehr……
