「This cabin was perfect for our family for a long weekend. During the day we had access to multiple swimming pools and lake-front beaches, with beach toys and floaties provided in the shed. At night we enjoyed grilling our dinner and making use of the fire pit in the front yard (especially after the kids were in bed). This was really ideal for our first vacation in the Poconos and we would definitely come back.」

We were there for the eclipse, and we appreciated that they left us a welcome gift with eclipse glasses and a cute little reusable tote. Each room has their own fire pit, and we made s’mores each night. We hiked allover Promised Land State Park which was accessible on-site at The Rex. We plan to go back! 」

We drank mulled wine outside by the fire under the stars, went hiking and fished the stocked waters, caught trout, enjoyed the beautiful views of the falls and nature and slept soundly listening to the peaceful sounds of the river.
