Property was unkept and place looked like a dump. I ended up not staying here at all and instead stayed at the Best Western.

Not sure I'd stay there again

We were looking for a hotel that allowed pets, and there weren't many... Exterior grounds are weedy and overgrown, WiFi had very low signal, charged us additional $$ for a pet (not disclosed when we made reservation). Front desk worker was friendly but didn't speak English very well. Place felt odd as we were the only guests staying there. Plumbing fixtures looked new and they happily gave us extra pillows when we asked.

When I first arrived at the hotel the lady told me she does not even work there and was only there to cover for her mom. After I finally got to my room and had everything unpacked I immediately had to leave my room to go behind the hotel to another room due to a water pipe bursting, the room I was in had exposed carpet tacks that stabbed my feet, I was in the hotel for 7 days and never not once did the cleaning crew come and change my towels or even take out my trash, the microwave caught on fire so I had to throw it out of my room, and the fridge did not work. I went to the front office several times and could never get anybody to come to the counter.

We checked into a room without a shower curtain and when we called the office to ask for one, there was no answer over and over again. So we went to the office to find a note on the door that said, BE BACK SOON! I had just got off work and needed a shower. So we just put extra towels on the floor where the water splashed out. I went by the office again the next morning to make them aware, and they said they would take care of it. So we returned again from work to find that they brought a shower curtain but left the wet towels on the floor and didn’t replace them. So again I had to go back to the office to get towels, just to find the sign on the door again! The worse part was that we were only one of probably three rooms that were occupied that night!! I do not recommend staying here. It was more of a headache than it was convenient.
