Casa Fagher is the perfect choice for you if you love breathtaking views and sunshine around the clock. <br><br>In fact, this property is located in one of the sunniest spots with the most breathtaking views you can choose for your holiday in the Dolomites. <br><br><br><br>THE SPACES: <br><br>The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-unit villa. <br><br>To access the house, you’ll need to walk up a moderately steep outdoor staircase about 30 metres long, which climbs from the street up the grassy slope until it reaches the front door. The entrance is on the right side of the building; once inside, you’ll need to climb another flight of stairs to finally reach the apartment. <br><br>As soon as you enter, you’ll find the spacious living area with a kitchenette, from which you’ll have access to the large balcony with a panoramic view. In fact, once you step out onto the terrace, a magnificent view of the village of Caviola and the most imposing Dolomite peaks surrounding the Biois Valley will unfold before you. <br><br>There are also two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. <br><br><br><br>Parking is not private but on public property right at the foot of the staircase leading to the house. <br><br><br><br>LOCATION: <br><br>Casa Fagher is located about 800 metres from the centre of Caviola, in a particularly quiet and scenic area.
