Awesome place

The cabin was awesome! We saw a ton of wildlife. We saw a baby beaver, a doe and spotted fawns, albino doe, a goose and her babies, plenty of birds and fish.

The Cabin

We love staying here and love how peaceful and quiet it is. The property and trails are beautiful in any season! The cabin itself is homey and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids!

Sunrise Cabin

The loveliest place we've stayed. The cabin and grounds were beautiful. Everything was spotless and the home was well stocked. We loved that it was so close to Letchworth State Park and Stoney Brook State Park. We also enjoyed horseback riding just up the road at Overland Morgan Horse Farm. We loved the peaceful surroundings and would enjoy coming back again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay during our visit to the area. The cabin was clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Fall Get-Away

Everyone thought it was the best cabin we have ever stayed in. Clean, well kept, great view! Great time fishing! The fire pit was perfect, most are usually too small this was big for fires and cooking pizza's with the sandwich maker.

Our second time at the cabin in the winter we plan on coming back again

Had a great time at the property. Just relaxing doing puzzles. Taking a short walk because the weather wasn't that great and just getting away from it all. The cabin is awesome! We plan on coming again in the fall when the foliage is in full bloom

October fall fest

This cabin is just as it appears in the photos. It is clean, well stocked and tastefully decorated. We had no problems and the views are amazing. You do have to drive a bit if you want to do some hiking or other activities- but we didn't mind. It was nice to meet new people. Will stay here again

The Cabin

We had a great time, even though we were a little under the weather. It is such a beautiful place to be even in the winter! Our kids and dog love it a lot! Also, we found our missing Elsa doll from our last stay! So thank you for sleeping her safe! Amelia really appreciated it!

Beautiful location

The location was great. The cabin was neat and clean. The view is spectacular. We were surprised that the TV would only work if we had a streaming service and since there was no internet our phone's hotspot had to work to get the streaming. Ours didn't work well enough so no TV. But the location was such that not having a TV wasn't too big a deal since most guests would relax, unwind and "disconnect". The Host was most accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful Gem

Great cabin with pretty views overlooking the pond. Cabin was very clean and relaxing, with full kitchen and fun bunk beds, (updated from pictures). Even though the kids loved it, I would come back without them, lol. Very quiet tranquil spot. We originally picked due to close location to Swain so the kids could ski all day, still close but nicer and more private the then lodges for rent by Swain. Also, even though it says no pets, I did ask since I saw a picture of the dog and for an extra fee you can bring your dog. I'm so glad I thought to ask. Next time I would ensure to bring a pole to fish and on google maps it told me I was at the location at a intersection about quarter-half mile before we reached it. Luckily the sign was extremely helpful, so just keeping on going, you will see it! Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing experience

Had an absolute amazing time here. Went for my birthday weekend to go hiking at letchworth state park that is 20 mins away. Cabin was beautiful and had such a homey feeling. Foliage and scenery was incredible. Was nice to wake up and drink coffee on the front porch watch the sunrise and watch the deer. Communication with Sheila was awesome too. Will definitely be back and can’t wait to book my next trip.
