"Pros: Gefallen hat uns die Lage der Unterkunft, die Wanderrungen in die Berge, die Landschaft, das Angebot der Gastronomie, die Freundlichkeit der Menschen und das Angebot für Urlauber. "The hotel is beautifully designed, the food is wonderful, the staff are lovely. Two things let it down for me - the rooms do not have AC so our room was 26 degrees which made sleeping difficult. The hotel is on a main road through Cortina so having the window open to try and cool the room made things pretty noisy (which also made sleeping difficult). The communal spaces clearly are air conditioned so it feels like a miss to have not incorporated into the bedrooms in a hotel of this calibre. I heard other guests talking about the temperature of their rooms at breakfast (“sweltering”). The hotel did give us a fan but that only does so much. For late autumn/winter stays I’m sure this would be absolutely no problem but for September, it was just too hot and I left feeling not well rested after 4 nights."

"I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. This was definitely a bit of a splurge for us as part of our honeymoon, and we were a little nervous about spending so much on a hotel stay. However, both of us agreed that this hotel not only met, but EXCEEDED every expectation and was 1,000% worth every penny. From the staff to the breakfast to the location, you truly cannot go wrong. The hotel is located right in the middle of downtown Canazei. You have incredible access to cable cars, shops, restaurants, cafes, you name it. The spa was incredible. The panoramic sauna was perhaps one of the most unique and gorgeous spa experiences I have ever had. It was such a treat to come back from a long day in the mountains to such an incredible wellness experience. I've read a ton about some of the high end spas in the Dolomites that cost substantially more than this one, and honestly, I'm not sure how they can exceed this. The pool was gorgeous and looked right out on the mountains. Our room was massive and I got to sleep on one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. If I can figure out what bed it was, I would genuinely purchase it for myself. The bathroom was outstanding and our room also included a soaking tub, which was lovely. We also had 360 views out to the town and the mountains. You genuinely CANNOT go wrong with this hotel. It's unbelievable. A combination of charming town, mountain vibes, and wellness all packaged into one."

"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings have English translation Honestly just book it, there's no way you'll be disappointed and the magic of this place just can't be captured in photos or words."
