Here’s a polished version of your review: The staff were very cooperative and friendly, and the kitchen facilities were excellent. However, the rooms were quite small. I booked two rooms for four adults. In my room, I tried to turn off the heating, but I couldn’t stop it, so I had to open the fan instead. In the other room, the heating was not working. Overall, despite these minor issues, I had a good experience and would be happy with my stay.

For the price & value, I rate the hotel stay highly. However, the office chair in room 803 was ‘stained’ possibly bodily fluids? Terrible huh? Otherwise, location, amenities, staff and value were great. Oh btw, Northbourne Ave on Saturday night is screaming loud with street cars drag racing. It’s a Canberran thing :)

The amenities were quite well-kept. The room was spacious and clean, enough for me traveling on my own. The bathroom was clean and body wash, shampoo and conditioner was available. Location was quite convenient, a few stops away from the main city centre via light rail. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

clean, efficient, quiet, public transport at doorstep. I loved the little side garden outside the kitchen, with benches in dappled sunlight, looking at people's vegetable garden plots. Nice place for a cup of tea and a book. Staff were lovely and friendly. The only issue I had was that the toilet lights were turned off late at night, with no way to turn them on, making 3am toilet stop very very dark! highly recommend.

Good value for money. Essentially it’s a university hall of residence with hotel rooms. Not everyone’s cup of tea but fine for me. Clean and practical rooms with a clean shared bathroom and shared kitchenette. Is on the streetcar line to the city centre. I would stay here again.

The room is clean and neat. I was living in the 7th floor of North building and the male shower room has a bit bad smell. Then, I moved to the 4th floor of South building and there was fine. You need to prepare coins if you want to use the washer and dryer in the building or scan the QR code to pay. The receptionist doesn't have coins.
