Neat, tidy & plenty of space, great shower. Our cabin was lovely & warm when we entered as the staff had turned the heater on prior to our arrival which was very appreciated as the weather was freezing.

We enjoyed our stay at Canberra Carotel Motel. I highly recommend this place. The below suggestions are to help make it even better. The stove needs to be replaced as some burners didn’t work and the others weren’t working well. Also, Wifi quality was low and if we didn’t have enough mobile coverage, we would have had a tough time.

Rooms are not cleaned properly. I accidentally drop my phone under the bed, I moved the to get it and was shocked to what I found. Rubbish and accumulated dust that looks like never been vaccum for a while. Sad to say but it's very disappointing.

Great place just outside the main centre. Quiet location. Roomy cabin with spa. Plenty of bed spaces for 3 adults and 3 children. Kids were disappointed there was no pool though. Could do with laundry facilities too.

The service and spa were great, but the bed was very worn so it sloped uncomfortably to one side which made sleeping difficult.

Nice quiet area. Good shops just down the road with groceries, nice cafe and takeaway. Lovely staff! They gave us a family pass to the dinosaur museum, the kids loved it. Thank you!

Good value for a large family (7 of us) Not far from most attractions in Canberra. Self contained kept the costs down and shops were not too far away. Good parking. Twin shower great when bathing little ones. Little bit cramped for 7 but you don't spend much time there anyway so not really a problem. Area was quiet at night. Only small criticism, kitchen needed a few items e.g plastic bowls, plates and cups (Ikea type) New toaster as it didn't fit in bread slices and a 4 slice one would be great) Knives needed sharpening. Linen was plentiful and clean. Overall we were happy with our accommodation and will stay again on our next visit to Canberra
