Guest Access:
Located in the newly built "The Parade" you are within walking distance of some incredible cafes & restaurants along with a beautiful green playing field. A short stroll to Lake Burley Griffin should you choose to do the iconic "Bridge to Bridge walk" which is very popular amongst Canberrans (allow 1.5 hours at a slow stroll). Not to be missed - the sunset from the rooftop garden with incredible views over Canberra.
The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
The property comes with one secured basement parking space however there is also ample 2 hour parking spots around the area. The property is within walking distance to the War Memorial and a very short 2 minute drive to the Canberra CBD. There are several good restaurants within walking distance however for a wider range, you cannot miss out on a visit to the Kingston Foreshore - a very short Uber or drive (approx 5 minutes). If you are arriving by plane, the airport is less than 10 minutes away!

Parbery property can supply a portacot and high chair on request for an extra $50 fee.
