"Overall first impression appearance is good, house appears neat and tidy. However does not match photos Positives- Lovely quiet area; Beds very comfortable & bedrooms all very spacious. Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. Bathroom clean & tidy.Negatives - Lounge chairs have seen better days & the edges of the seating cushions were extremely dry and rough. The rug in the lounge room on appearance is clean however when you sit on it, it clearly has not been cleaned properly for a long time as it was full of food crumbs etc, for hygiene reasons it should probably be replaced. The kitchen supplies were hit and miss, we had 2 drinking glasses for 3 people for 11 nights. Basic cooking utensils missing like vegetable peeler, Egg flipper, a knife sharpener as the knives could do with a sharpen etc. Washing machine was jam packed with washing (linen)which we assumed to be clean, however not sure so we left all in the laundry tub. Vacuum did not suck, cld find no blockage. There were no instructions for how to use the aircon (the screen on the remote was also partly blacked out so you couldn't see what setting you were on), the TV, microwave etc. The outdoor area has not been cleaned for a long time, full of weeds, very old leaves, needs a good sweep, one weed came up to my hip! Cld not sit out there to relax."

"A couple of minor cleaning issues. Great location and good that there is parking also. Very good layout, for both bedrooms and bathrooms, if two separate individuals/couples are staying. Would recommend!"

"House was great just some small maintenance issues.Rained hard and water leaked from the light outside the front door.Several blinds missing from several rooms, this was concerning for us older ladies.Power outlet in rear bedroom was loose on the wall.The toilet at the back of the house on 2 nights did not fill up with water, something must be sticking.The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, we put a tablet in and turned it on but did not use it ourselves as we only eat breakfast in the house when we are away.However we had a great time and the house was great for us ladies with plenty of room for us all, we would stay with you again "
