  • The former presbytery is located right in front of the "Notre Dame du Verger" chapel, above "Plage du Verger". The beautiful sandy beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away.



    The property consists of two halves: "Maison Mer" and "Maison Chapelle du Verger". Maison Mer was renovated in 2023 and offers 3 bedrooms (the 3rd bedroom is not closed off by a door). There is a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. On the first floor, you'll find an open kitchen with a lounge area and a large fireplace, as well as another living room and a dining area. Enjoy impressive views of Plage du Verger and the small lake. Maison Mer has Wi-Fi, also available on the terrace.
