Nestled in a quiet residential area, L’Escale des Douets Fleuris opens onto a bright and welcoming dining area with a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. Large bay windows flood the space with natural light and lead directly to the south-facing wooden terrace. Adjacent to this, a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa and armchair invites you to relax, watch a film, or enjoy quiet moments together.

Charming rental with three bedrooms in Cancale

Upstairs, three elegantly furnished bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: the first features a queen-size bed 160x200, dresser and clothes rack; the second offers two single beds 90x190 and a dresser; and the third has a double bed 140x190 with a large wardrobe. Two full bathrooms provide comfort and convenience: a walk-in shower on the ground floor and a bathtub upstairs. Two separate toilets, one on each level, add extra ease for family stays.

The property sits on approximately 200 m² of land with a large, sun-filled wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, sharing meals, or hosting barbecue evenings. On the north side, a fully enclosed lawn corridor lets young children play safely. Two parking spaces are available in front of the garage, and the garage can also store your bikes for exploring the area freely.

讚好：整潔度
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, etwas außerhalb des Ortes. Dennoch ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Empfang durch Renaud war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
