Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).
It is a quiet and familiar condominium, for which we ask you to respect pool hours, extra guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed and we have quiet hours from 9pm to 9am.
We also wish to inform you that due to construction, there will be loud noises. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause.
REGLAS:
❌. No se permiten huéspedes adicionales o visitas dentro del condominio.
❌. No se permiten fiestas ni ruido en el horario de 21:00 hrs a 9:00 hrs, para no molestar a los vecinos.
❌. No se puede utilizar la piscina con ropa casual. El horario de la piscina es de 8:00 hrs a 21:00 hrs y el traje de baño es obligatorio.
❌. No se permite en el área de la piscina, alimentos, recipientes de cristal, cigarros y globos.
❌. No colgar ropa o toallas en ventanas, balcones o a la vista de otros húespedes.
❌. No se aceptan mascotas
❌. No fumar dentro de la propiedad.
❌. No rebasar el límite de velocidad de 10 km/h en el condominio o estacionamientos.
❌. No consumir ⚠️sustancias ilegales.
❌. No tirar basura o dejar fuera del departamento.
❌ No se permiten usar las toallas para limpiar, quitar maquillaje o pintarse el cabello.
❌. No tirar papel de baño o algún objeto por el WC. Depositarlo en el bote de basura.
✔️. Cuidar el agua de la regadera y WC. Avisanos si ves alguna fuga.
✔️. Respetar al personal y vecinos.
✔️. Es obligatorio el uso de ropa en áreas comunes.
✔️Seguir todas las reglas y dejanos saber si tienes alguna duda.
⚠️ IMPORTANTE:
Reposición por pérdida de La llave o toalla tiene un costo de $25 USD cada uno.
El costo para quitar una mancha de 1 toalla o 1 sabana, tiene un costo de $10 USD, si la mancha no se quita es necesario cambiar la toalla o sabana por una nueva.
